RATES – MAINTAINED CUSTOMERS (Standard Maintenance Agreement Holders)

1st Hour on site Between 0900 – 1700 Mon – Fri £55.00 + VAT
2nd Hour & thereafter Between 0900 – 1700 Mon – Fri £35.00 + VAT
1st Hour on site Between 1701 – 0859 Mon – Fri £110.00 + VAT
2nd Hour & thereafter Between 1701 – 0859 Mon – Fri £55.00 + VAT
1st Hour on site Between 1701 Fri – 0859 Mon £110.00 + VAT
2nd Hour & thereafter Between 1701 Fri – 0859 Mon £55.00 + VAT

All systems under the initial first year Guarantee will still receive a Parts and Labour warranty throughout the first year of installation

1st Hour on site Between 0900 – 1700 Mon – Fri £110.00 + VAT
2nd Hour & thereafter Between 0900 – 1700 Mon – Fri £55.00 + VAT
1st Hour on site Between 1701 – 0859 Mon – Fri £180.00 + VAT
2nd Hour & thereafter Between 1701 – 0859 Mon – Fri £110.00 + VAT
1st Hour on site Between 1701 Fri – 0859 Mon £180.00 + VAT
2nd Hour & thereafter Between 1701 Fri – 0859 Mon £110.00 + VAT

All non-maintained customers will be liable for Congestion Charges if you are in the affected area

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please note our maintained customers will receive priority service cover over non-maintained customers, and no guarantee can be made for attendance by an engineer in an emergency for non-maintained customers.

 

PRICING POLICY

Our rates are reviewed annually and are normally increased in line with the rate of inflation.

Please note all equipment out of warranty will be chargeable for maintained and non-maintained customers.

Additional equipment required, or any additional works performed further than the fault itself, will be invoiced for separately.

VAT will be charged at the current rate to all charges.
